Hearing Rafa, he will try and use knowledge Arcana to figure out the sign on the floor or if possible any way to deal with the gateway other than killing Kallerel

Rafa will shift back a step,away from the portal, and use a healing word on Samm(surge +5 +1d6 +5 for the beacon of hope). Then uses Astral Seal on Kelerael. If that misses, reroll with elven accuracy(+2 to hit) and if that hits, let Samm spend another healing surge.
Rafa will rack his brains for Arcana knowledge on what the magic circle is under Kelerael is. Rafa also shouts at Bart to see if he has any grasp on what the magic circle under Kelerael is.

Action points, yes you have those…
Samm lies there. Dying precludes doing too much. He fails his death save (roll of 6).
Bart shifts one (to stay in range) and fires his burst at the Orcus Scion. And scores a critical (12 +1d6 for the +1 wand for a total of 16)! Fire engulfs the target.
Dog remains immobilized.
Donne finally decides to challenge Kalarel. He does not hit him (roll 6).
Rafa speaks a healing word for his fellow cleric. Samm regains a surge (he has 4 left) plus 12 HP. He is conscious. But he keeps “playing dead”. Rafa then hits the cultist with Astral Seal, the next ally to strike Kalarel gets 13hp (it does not allow Samm to use a surge, and your powers are a little too involved for me to guess if you meant to use another). The thing in the portal makes an opportunity attack on the cleric, who has cover but is still hit for 5 points of damage.
Kalarel, diverted by the paladin, smashes him with his rod of ruin. It is a critical hit! 17 damage plus ongoing 5 necrotic.
The thing in the portal joins the fun, and also hits the paladin, doing just enough damage to drop him (7) and dragging him closer to the portal.
The Wight moves away from the frozen Dog and fires again at Bart. The wizard is hit for 7 points of damage and immobilized (save ends).
What in the abyss is going on? Bart and Rafa: the magic circle is healing Kalarel and making him harder to hit. The ritual itself has probably been suspended, as Kalarel is no longer doing it. The portal or rift is a bad thing, and being dragged through it brings you into the realm of the dead…as a full-time member.

Rafa yells at Bart to move up closer about 10 feet.
After Bart moves up, Rafa will move to a space in between Samm and Bart and use Healer's Mercy. Samm, Bart, Rafa and Donn can spend a healing surge (surge +10hp) back.
(Rafa, not sure if he draw an AOO from moving back, if Rafa does get hit, then spend a surge to heal).

Since Bart can't move, he will toss another Scorching Burst at Karl.
(note: he didn't need to shift last turn to hit K. The spell has a radius. But just for ease of play, leave him where he is.)
Then BART burns an action point and tosses ANOTHER Scorching Burst at Karl. (he really wants to try and hit him to get the HP bonus from Rafa)
Then Bart will try to save against the immobilization.
(Bart is saving his last healing surge just he ever gets near a cleric again)

Samm will take a move action to stand up.
Samm will cast Healing Word on Donne as a minor action.
Samm, as free action would like to make a knowledge religion check (or arcana) if Karalel would be affected by Turn Undead.
Samm will then attack Karalel. If Karalel would be affected by turn undead, Samm will cast Turn Undead.
If Samm thinks Karalel would not be affected by turn undead, he will take a second movement action to move one square south and one quare tothe southeast. He would then burn an action point to attack with Wrathful thunder (hoping to daze Karalel out of the circle). ===========================
Donne (assuming he is still conscious after the healing efforts from the two clerics) will take move action to stand. If he is unconcious then... well, he'll just lie there and try to make his saves.
Donne will take a minor action to reissue his Divine Challenge (if conscious)
Donne will Attack Karalel with Radiant Smite.
"Might as well go out in a blaze of glory..." he says to no one in particular.
Donne will then use an action point to attack Karalel a second time with Holy strike.

I am going to take some liberty, but am trying to do what you wanted also, there is both bull-rush and grabSamm You call forth healing for the paladin. The circle may benefit the undead, but it also benefits Kalarel, who is not (yet) undead. You move, avoid the opportunity attack from the Thing, and bring down wrathful thunder. Kalarel is dazed and takes 9 points of damage. You gain 13 more hp for a total of 36. You then use an action point and bull-rush him 1 square. But he is still in the circle. Bart (you don’t use the point) you hit him with fire and do 8 damage. You save and can move. Dog: saves and can move next turn. Donne: You take 5 ongoing necrotic damage. You issued your challenge and shift and bull-rush the cult-leader out of the circle. Using (Samms 2nd action point this time only) you bring down a radiant smite for 14 points of damage (roll 19 to hit!). But you don’t save vs. the necrotic rot. Rafa: You move south, getting hit by the thing (but out of its range) and taking 10 damage. You call forth your mercy and Bart and Donne each use (their last?) healing surge. Bart is back at full HP and Donne is at 28. (Rafa may also benefit—check—and Donne getting blessed is a minor miracle). Kalarel: is not happy. Instead of using his one action to return to the circle, he strikes at the paladin instead. He only does 9 damage. The Thing in the portal: misses the paladin. Deathlock Wight: strolls into the circle and points a black leathery claw to the south-west. He reanimates. A shattered skeleton warrior arises. Skeleton: the skeleton steps over and attacks bart. The wizard is hit for 3 damage and is marked by the skeleton. Note that skeleton is not up to full health (bloodied). Please post by late Thursday, very early FridayAttachments:

Bart shifts one square southeast to avoid attacks of opportunity.
First, using both Blood Hunt and Infernal Wrath (encounter power) against the bloodied Skeleton who just hit and marked him, he casts scorching burst at him (The Skeleton)
Assuming the skeleton is still alive after this, Bart will use an Action Point and repeat the scorching burst, again against the skeleton, this time with just Blood Hunt.
If by some miracle the skeleton is killed by the FIRST scorching burst, Bart will still use an action point, and this time attempt to hit BOTH the Wight and Karl (should be exactly 10 squares to that center spot between them) with a second scorching burst (wishful wizard thinking)

Samm will shift one square to the southeast (one square down from Donne and next to Karalel). He will say silent prayer to Katera and then attack Karalel using Avenging Flame (daily power). (If he were to roll a 1 he'd use Katera's Luck).

If the skeleton survives Bart's attack, Rafa will strike it with Sacred Flame, if it hits, if someone has a saving throw can end condition, roll for it, otherwise the temp hit points will go to the paladin.
If the skeleton is dead, then try to hit Kalerel with Astral Seal.

Samm strikes the evil high priest (EHP), who bursts into flames! (14 dmg plus 5 ongoing) Bart, with two blasts, you incinerate the risen skeleton. Dog reenters the fray, (using his action point) crossing over the the EHP and grabbing him with a bite! Kalarel is stuck, for now. Donne fails to hit. He takes 5 necrotic damge, but just saves to stop more. Rafa puts the Astral Seal on the EHP. The next to hit him gets 13 hp. Kalarel fails to escape the grab(roll 1!). In a fury he lashes out at…Donne (who challenged him)..he inflicts 10 damage and 5 ongoing necrotic on the paladin (who is at 13 hp). The EHP takes 5 fire damage and is still on fire. The thing in the portal: just misses Donne. The Deathlock wight reveals his true face. Samm resits the horrific visage, but Donne does not, taking 4 more damage and being pushed right to the edge of the portal! Only a save keeps him from going over. NOTE: the skeleton that may stil be on the map has been destroyed.Please post by Tuesday midnight (NOT Wednessday AM)Attachments:

Bart calls out to try and get Samm to shift northeast one square if possible to leave a clear "blast space" that will get both Kalarel and the Wight. Samm can even attack first to maintain flanking and then shift.
If Samm was able to move out of the way: Bart will move 6 squares diagonally northeast, and then cast burning hands to encompass the wight and Kalarel, but not any allies.
If Samm was not able to move out of the way: Bart moves five diagonal squares northeast, to come and stand right next to where Rafa is on the map. Then Bart turns his attack on the Deathlock Wight, trying to hit the wight with Scorching Burst.

Samm will first attack with Blazing Beacon (hoping to give all ranged attacks a +4 bonus until the end of Samm's next turn).
Samm will then shift one square to the northeast (to stand one square north of Karalel (per Bart's instructions).

Donne out of healing surges and low on hit points, realizes he may not be much longer for this world.
He considers just running, but decides he might as well go down trying to fight.
He will move three squares south to stand next to Karalel (hopefully flanking Karalel with Dog) (the square Samm just vacatated). Since Donne goes after Bart, he should avoid Burning Hands.
If Donne is still conscious after AOO, he will attempt to sneak attack Karalel.

If the Wight is still up, Rafa will strike it with sacred flame and action point to attack kalarel with astral seal(remember to apply the defense debuff to Kal also when astral seal hits).
Otherwise, just attack Kalarel with astral seal.
