"Knocking" the tiefling muses. "Wasn't that the last plan? Maybe an alternative is in order."

Torinn, the dragonborn paladin, gets tired of waiting and starts heading to the door.
(His next move will be to try to force it open).

Bart takes the square next to Torrin, in front of the double doors and readies himself for the onslaught.
"Hey...guys......good time to get into position."

Buckthorn agrees with the wizard's plan for a marching order 2, 2, 1: Two people in front of the double doors, two people behind them on the stairs, and the rear person to the south of the northern column.
In response to Bart's question. Buckthorn suggests that Torrin and Lucien should perhaps be in the front, with Buckthorn and perhaps the wizard behind them on the stairs and the cleric brining up the rear.
"I am glad to take the front should neither Torrin nor Lucien volunteer. I'm not afraid to stand against these vile slavers, face-to-face. Or, er, face to, uh, knee er uh... well, you know what I mean...Once positioned at the double doors, I say we try to open them. Are they locked? I'd say only if the doors don't budge [the halfling notices Torrin getting redy to force them upon] only then have the wizard try to force them with Knock as a last resort."
Buckthorn listens. Buckthorn's AC is 18, his hp are at full at 37.

"Buckthorn, my brave little hobbit-friend, our armor defense is the same, and I have slightly more health capacity than you. I shall stay in the front, foolhardy as that may be. Lucien has no more ability to heal himself and should take second row until he can find an advantageous position." "If I pass on, I want my body donated to magical research at Watercross College in Westland." "Go House Melkar!!"

Torrin pounds on the door. Nothing. (roll 2) Then he tries again, and it flies open (roll 20). You see two humans in leather armor. Some goblin corpses lie next to them (they may have been carrying them when Torrin “knocked”). Towards the back, you see the mighty black worg. First you hear yelling in goblin around you, but it dies down very quickly. (by default in this order…Bart, Lucian, Buckthorn, Rafa, Torrin then the Bloodreavers. Torrin is planning on challenging and attacking the nearest human. Buckthorn in behind Bart, may not be clear on map.) Please post by Monday PM. Attachments:

Bart holds his ground, "I think we should try to hold some kind of line so that so we don't get surrounded. "
Bart casts "Flaming Sphere" and attacks the Worg. He places the flaming square adjacent and to the West of the Worg, and just east of the door.

Buckthorn, Buckthorn will try to not move; he will move however only if he doesn't have a line of site (not clear if the door is blocking - assuming the double doors are both open but if not he'd move the minimal amount necessary to be able to try to get his shots off).
He will then designate the human closest to him as hunter's quarry and fire using "Twin Strike." (Note, Buckthorn had taken Lethal Hunter as his feat).

Lucien taps Buckthorn on the shoulder. "Watch the balcony".
The tiefling, unable to reach the humans from the second line, makes a break for the balcony.
OOC: Upon reaching the balcony, Lucien will attempt to climb up, using the daily power from his cat-step boots if needed.

Bart: You don’t get the sphere quite close enough to hit the worg (roll 5), but it is next to it. (the sphere is a little square on the map). Lucian: Your instincts are right…but the boots aren’t quite enough to get you over the balcony (roll 8). You do have the sense to stand close to it. Buckthorn: You smack the human with two arrows, one of which is a critical (damage 18). He is bloodied. Rafa: You place your astral seal. Torin: You challenge the human and just hit him with holy strike (damage 16), he is teetering. Torinn is fully healed (if he wasn’t already). Human bandits: While bloodied, the bandit is able to give Torinn a serious konk on the head with his mace, dazing the paladin. The other bandit steps up and also attacks, but inspite of having combat advantage from the daze, misses. Krand and the Worg: the worg is scorched for 7 points of damage. Then the hobgoblin chieftain leaps on its back and squeezes it around the sphere. “This will be your last mistake!”And the balcony…two hobgoblin archers run out onto it. They may not see Lucian. Bart steps forward to stand just North of Torrin, to the west of the "HU."
Bart casts burning hands (+10 Reflex/2d6+6) attempting to hit both Humans, the Worg, and the leader guy (Krand) riding him.
Bart uses his Wand of Accuracy +3 bonus against the Leader Guy (Krand). (+13 Reflex)
Blood Hunt Bonus Where applicable (+11 Reflex) Destructive Wizardry Bonus if applicable. (2d6+8)
Bart uses a minor action to sustain the flaming sphere.

Bart: you waste a critical on the bloodied human, miss the worg (roll 1), hit the other human, and thanks to the wand hit Krand. 17 damage. The one human drops, and Krand is (re)bloodied.

Lucien, seeing no immediate opening that doesn't invite an attack of opportunity, waits to see the archers' response to the situation.

Buckthorn will stay on the human slaver he had designated Hunter's Quarry and will attack again with Twin Strike.
